- Availability: Offers, prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. Thought Technology will contact you and cancel your order if the product becomes unavailable or if there was a pricing or typographic error.
- Ship date: An estimated ship date will be posted on our order status site after your order is placed. The date reflected above does not determine when your order will ship since inventory status may change before your order is final and because items may be held until all products on the order are ready to ship. To obtain the latest information about the availability of a specific part number, please call 1-800-361-3651. A flat charge for shipping & handling is applied to orders, as indicated on the Checkout page.
- Pricing: Pricing is in US dollars unless currency is changed to Canadian on home page. Pricing does not include tax or shipping and handling fees. These fees are shown at the checkout page.
Who can use the online shop?
This web site can process orders to be shipped to both the United States and Canada. For all International orders, they must be placed over the phone. Please feel free to speak to one of our sales representatives at
1-800-361-3651 during regular buesiness hours of Mon-Fri 9-5pm EST.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept PayPal.
What currency are the prices in the TTL Shop?
The prices displayed in the store are in U.S. dollars. If you would like to know the conversion of the prices into other currencies, we suggest an online resource like www.xe.com for current exchange rates. The rate you are charged should be close to this rate, though it may not match exactly. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card company at the time the order is authorized.
How does my shopping cart work?
As you add items to your shopping cart, the number of items added will appear in the upper-right corner of your screen under the "My Cart" link. The items you select automatically remain in your cart for 24 hrs. You need to sign in to save or access your cart contents.
How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
