The HRV Expert System includes everything you need to get the full picture on the
physiological underpinnings of heart rate variability. The system comes with our most versatile encoder device, all the relevant physiological sensors and powerful software for recording, doing biofeedback with, reviewing and analyzing HRV data.

This complete heart rate variability system includes the powerful, 8-channel, ProComp Infiniti encoder and a set of physiological sensors such as EKG, BVP, respiration, skin conductance and peripheral temperature. EKG gives this system the most precise heart beat detection capabilities, while BVP allows for a quick and easy set-up when circumstances require that. Respiration lets you view and analyze the dynamic relationship between breathing and heart rate variability. Skin conductance and temperature are the best tools to observe the interplay between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Complete System Includes:

Encoder

T7500M - ProComp Infiniti Encoder - 8 Channel

The ProComp Infiniti™ is an 8 channel, multi-modality encoder which connects to your Windows desktop or laptop PC via a USB port and offers all the power and flexibility you need for real-time, computerized biofeedback and data acquisition in any clinical or research setting. It can also store data on a Compact Flash memory card, for uploading later to the PC, or use an optional long-range compact flash telemetry module to offer a wide range of recording options.

A full selection of physiological sensors, including EKG and blood volume pulse (heart rate), respiration belt, EMG (muscle tension), skin conductance, temperature, brainwaves, and forehead temperature allows you to take full advantage of all the tools provided by the 360 Suite.

The first two sensor channels provide ultimate signal fidelity (2048 samples per second) for viewing RAW EEG, EMG, EKG, and BVP signals. The remaining six channels (256 samples/sec) can be used with any combination of sensors, including EEG, EKG, skin conductance, heart rate, blood volume pulse, respiration and passive infrared HEG. ProComp Infiniti™ offers internal, user-activated calibration to ensure that you can always obtain the highest quality signal, without the costly downtime associated with factory re-calibration.

In short, the ProComp Infiniti covers the full range of objective physiological signals used in clinical observation and biofeedback.

Software

BioGraph Infiniti Software

BioGraph Infiniti Software is the core of all our Biofeedback and Psychophysiology products. It provides a multimedia rich graphical experience, while capturing and analyzing raw data. It also includes all the features and functions required to run our specialized application Suites.

Suites

360 Suite

The suite combines classic physiological biofeedback (arousal and peripheral temperature) with heart rate variability training (HRV) and neurofeedback protocols (EEG biofeedback) into one integrated package.

The suite’s broad selection of tools includes:

  • Specialized physiological assessments
  • Self-regulation training screens
  • Biofeedback assisted relaxation therapy sessions

CardioPro Infiniti Module

CardioPro Infiniti is a specialized off-line analysis module which brings advanced heart rate variability (HRV) analysis capabilities to the BioGraph Infiniti platform. It complements any physiological biofeedback suite (such as the Physiology suite) by providing sophisticated data analysis methods that were only previously available in very specialized software packages such as Thought Technology’s CardioPro software.

Easy access to BioGraph sessions:

The module accesses BioGraph Infiniti’s client database directly and is capable of processing open display and script sessions that were recorded with either an electrocardiograph (EKG) or blood volume pulse (BVP) sensor to generate session specific statistical analysis. (The module is also compatible with Thought Technology’s specialized receiver for the T31 Transmitter belts™ from Polar™.)

Sensors

SA9309M - Skin Conductance Sensor

The Skin Conductance sensor measures the galvanic skin response, and is normally connected to the fingers or toes. Includes two finger bands.

SA9310M - Temperature Sensor

The Temperature sensor measures skin surface temperature between 10°C – 45°C (50°F - 115°F ). It is supplied with a self adhering band for easy finger placement.

SA9311M - Respiration Sensor

Respiration Sensor includes a sensitive and repeatable girth sensor using an easy fitting high durability latex rubber band fixed with self-adhering belt for monitoring respiration rate, waveform and amplitude. Can be worn either thoracically or abdominally, over clothing.

SA9308M - Blood Volume Pulse (BVP) or T9306M - EKG Sensor

BVP sensor is a blood volume pulse detection sensor (otherwise known as a PPG sensor) housed in a small finger worn package, to measure heart rate & provide BVP amplitude, BVP waveform, HR and Heart rate variability feedback.

EKG sensor is a pre-amplified electrocardiograph sensor, for directly measuring heart electrical activity. Connects via extender cables for a single channel hook up.

T9310M - Temperature Sensor

Temperature sensor measures skin surface temperature between 10°C – 45°C (50°F - 115°F ). It is supplied with a self adhering band for easy finger placement.

T9306M - EKG Sensor

EKG sensor is a pre-amplified electrocardiograph sensor, for directly measuring heart electrical activity. Connects via extender cables for a single channel hook up.

Electrodes

T3425 - Uni-Gel Single Electrodes

UniGel electrodes, pre gelled single electrodes, for sensitive placements on dry skin. It can be used in place of T3404 single strip electrodes.
